About the battle of Ronald nee; A massacre perpetrated by the American army (Sioux Indians) by the Wounded Knee Battle (see Sioux Indians) in (1890), in which (370) American Indians were killed (see American Indians), including (200) kind women. And (Al-Suw) had shown in the year (1879) their strong discontent with life in (the specified area) (see Reservation), and about the lack of food allocated to them. They came out of it with an expression – that grumbling. The American forces attacked them. But at Su (led by their chief, Sting Bell) (cf. Sitting B), they annihilated the attacking American forces. A larger force, led by (General Custer), tried to take revenge, but it was completely exterminated. And (Alsu) immigrated with their leader to (Canada) for fear of revenge. However, they returned after the mediation of (the Canadian authorities), and surrendered to the US government in (1881), and in (1889) the (Ghost Dance) movement appeared (see Ghost Dance), and it spread among the (Suo), and they practiced it with enthusiasm, despite the prohibition of the American authorities. On (26/12/1890) a huge American force surrounded (Al-Saw) and exterminated men, women and children, and buried them all in one grave at the site of the battle (Wonald’s).
