Enviromentalism school

Environmentalism The school that believes that the environment is the only and most important factor that must be taken into account when studying civilization. This school greatly reduces the impact of man, and his achievements are the oldest schools of civilization. Its men have extended from (the Greek era) until the present time, its men in the first half of this century (Huntington) (cf. Huntington). The school’s views are summed up in the fact that the natural factors of the environment, and the climatic ones in particular, have formed the outward appearance of individuals, determined their lifestyles, and eliminated every individual who does not possess the qualities that are consistent with living in the environment with the aforementioned factors. Most anthropologists view the environmental school as a simplification that goes beyond reasonable limits in the interpretation of civilization (cf. Culture), and they share (cf.
